Tracy Watkinson

Tracy Watkinson is the Chief Operating Officer for Finance at NatWest Group, and has over 20 years experience leading transformation predominantly Investment Banking, having also worked at Deutsche Bank, Barclays, UBS and Credit Suisse. Tracy is also a thought leader in tackling gender diversity, and was winner of the Women in Banking & Finance Champion for Women award in 2018, and a keynote speaker at Women in the Square Mile conference that year. She most recently became a finalist at the WeQual Awards, who are dedicated to achieving gender equality at the top of the worlds largest companies. Tracy is also an experienced Non Executive Director.
