What is Diverse CxO?
Diverse CXO is a power network for strengthening diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace.
Research shows that it will take more than 200 years for the leadership of the UK’s largest firms to match the diversity of the working population.
The Diverse CXO team are committed to accelerating this from 200 years to today and we volunteer our time for free to accomplish this.
Diverse CXO is a power network for strengthening diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace. We aim to raise social equity and equality by bringing the experience of C Suite executives and board members to the talent table.
Our objective is to develop, support and expand the future C-Suite pipeline through the power of coaching, mentoring and networking to enhance social equity and career opportunities.
We bring a range of skills and experience across industry from digital solutions, change and transformation, financial services, technology to healthcare and wellbeing.
Our coaches and mentors are a mix of experienced role models spanning C Suite executives and boards coming together to empower communities and our networks.
Our role models and networks include:
- Women, non-binary and gender nonconforming
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer plus wider LGBTQ+ community empowerment
- Empowering people with Disabilities
- Black, Asian and Interracial communities or minoritised Ethnic groups
- Men advocating change and empowerment of marginalised men
- Allies and partnership networks.
