Elaine Priest

Elaine is a globally recognised Data & Risk Leader with broad experience of people, data and technology and an excellent track record in driving both functional performance and delivering large scale change. Over the last 25 plus years she has built strategies on data management, information ethics, risk and finance alignment, know your customer, global general ledger adoption, Basel 3 and BCBS239. She enjoys mentoring and coaching people from a wide range of backgrounds – nothing gives her more enjoyment than to see mentees reach their potential. She has helped set-up a wide range of employee led networks that support people bringing their whole selves to work inclusive of Gender and LGBTQ+.
