Over 20 years of experience of working in Investment Banking. Pippa came out whilst working for one of the French banks and wanted to transfer to Hong Kong, taking her partner, so traveling to parts of the world as an openly queer woman where freedoms are more restricted is interesting. Pippa founded LBTQWomen in 2018 to encourage queer women to be confidently out, has presented LBTQWomen and its findings to the Houses of Parliament, East and West Coast of the States and believe there is still a lot of work to be done in building equality for all. Pippa has appeared on the OUTStanding Executive Role Models List for 4 consecutive years from 2018-2021.
