Sharon Peters

Sharon is currently the Group CIO for BAI Communications soon to be Boldyn Networks. This is an exciting time to join and she is 6 weeks in and thoroughly enjoying it. Sharon spent the past 15 years in M&S, most recently in the role of Head of Technology for Corporate Functions. In this role Sharon led the technology strategies for HR, Finance, Property and Legal. She also developed M&S’s first technology sustainability roadmap to support the organisation’s ESG goals, designed and developed M&S’s digital colleague discount platform and led the technical delivery for critical HR and finance business activities during COVID. Sharon is a huge advocate for Inclusion and Diversity and was the ci chair and founding member of the GEN network in M&S and as you can imagine is keen to carry on activating change and supporting women in BAI – this has already started to happen.
