Puja Prabhakar

Puja is a Tech Industry Executive and has been a leading voice within Avanade calling for more diversity and inclusion in our industry. She is the executive sponsor of the Women’s Employee Network which both mentors and helps women connect to mentors within her organisation. She has also sponsored initiatives to drive more recruitment and retention of women and minority candidates at all levels within Avanade. Puja leads the Financial Services business for Avanade UK&I. With an undergraduate degree in computer engineering, Puja spent the early part of her career helping spread the promise of the Win-Tel inspired PC revolution across Asia in a variety of technical consulting roles. Over the last few years Puja , in her capacity as a business leader, she has helped drive the digitisation of client organisations across the globe. She is a firm believer in the power of technical innovation to deliver real change in the way modern economies function. An important part of that change is ensuring that the growth that we experience is equitable and benefits us all.
