What is Diverse CxOs?

We are a dynamic and empowering network working towards social equity and career opportunities in the workplace and society.

Our primary objective is to promote social justice and equal opportunities in the workplace by leveraging the expertise of C-Suite executives and board members.

Our goal is to foster the growth, development, and expansion of the future C-Suite pipeline through coaching, mentoring and networking, thereby enhancing social equity and career opportunities.

Our members possess a broad range of skills and experience across various domains, including; technology, financial services, digital solutions, marketing, healthcare, well-being, charity, start-ups and many many more

How does it work?

Gifting back time to help others
Encouraging individuals in positions where able to help support others through ‘gifting’ their time to mentoring & supporting charitable causes

Mentoring, Coaching and Sponsorship
We believe in the power of Mentoring, Coaching and Sponsorship to help empower individuals and drive DEI at all levels.

Raising Awareness & Skills Based Training
Networking and raising awareness of the challenges different minoritised groups face.  Alongside providing skills based & DEI training 

Our 2025 Mission and Goals

  • Facilitate mentoring and skills-based events for over 100,000 members from various minoritised groups in the workplace to progress in their goals and careers.
  • Encourage Senior and C-suite Executives and Diverse CxOs members who can to gift over 1,000,000 hours towards helping others whether through mentoring or charitable causes.
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion in various industries by bringing together Diverse CXO members and work with government to ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is reflected in corporate and governmental policies.

Who are the coaches and mentors?

Our coaches and mentors are a mix of experienced role models, including C-Suite executives and board members who come together to empower communities and strengthen our networks. They include:

  • Women, non-binary and gender non-conforming
  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer plus wider LGBTQ+ community empowerment
  • Enabling employees with Disabilities to drive social equality and equity
  • Black, Asian and Interracial communities or minoritised ethnic groups
  • Men advocating change and empowering minoritised groups 
  • Allies and Partnership networks
